Shipping Policies
Processing times:
- All orders will be processed within 7 business days (on non made to order/pre-order products). This can change with increased volume in orders.
- Made to order/pre-orders can take up to 4 weeks to be made if I am experiencing higher volume in orders. If something does change with this I will communicate that on my stories on IG/FB.
After placing an order:
- Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address that you provided at check out.
- Once a shipping label is printed you will then receive the tracking number via email with the email address that you provided for your order.
Wrong address on order:
- Please be mindful of putting your correct address in at check out. If you made a mistake and notify me before it is shipped out I will be able to change it for you.
- If your package was shipped out with the incorrect address & the package is returned to me I will email you once I receive it to get the correct address put on it (you might be charged shipping for having to ship it back out again.)
- If you no longer want the items after it is returned back to me you will be charged a restocking fee which is 50% of you order and the shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations/refunds:
- I do not offer cancellations as they go directly into processing once the order has been placed.
- All sales are final
Damaged Items:
- If you received a damaged item upon delivery please send an email or IG message with a picture showing what is broken within 2 days of receiving your package and we will discuss a plan moving forward.
- If your jewelry arrives damaged or becomes damaged within 30 days of delivery, please contact me via email or Instagram message on or before the 30th day from the delivery date. We will discuss next steps.

Claims submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are no longer eligible for a possible remake of the item.

For items reported beyond the 30-day window, I am happy to provide guidance on possible next steps or repair options, but no refunds or remakes will be offered.
Lost or stolen packages:
- Buyers are responsible for contacting USPS or UPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim.
